Wedding Packages

Each of our wedding packages are designed with the client in mind. Whether you’re looking for more in-depth planning and hands-on guidance by your team, or more control over your event, ABC Event Planning has a package that will fit your needs.   • Diamond Wedding Package

    The Diamond Wedding Package is for the bride who’s looking for professional guidance from start to finish. This package starts at $4,500 and includes a trained team at your disposal, to help with all planning, coordinating, scheduling and facilitating of services.

    The Diamond wedding package includes:

    1. Initial consultation with the bride and groom, complimentary
    2. Unlimited phone and email availability during business hours (9:00 am – 9:00 pm)
    3. A minimum of three planning meetings between clients and planner
    4. Help to prepare and understand a wedding budget
    5. Prepare a schedule/timeline and checklists
    6. Assist with site tours, selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues
    7. Assist with selecting a color scheme, theme and style of the wedding
    8. Answer etiquette questions
    9. Assist with selection of wedding attire and accessories, accompaniment to fittings if desired
    10. Help with finding, negotiating, and booking suitable vendors.
    11. We will schedule appointments and accompany clients to up to three meetings per vendor category including: Bakers, Caterers, Florists, Musicians, Photographers, Rental Facilities, Videographers, Wedding Attire (bridal shops), Officiants, Transportation
    12. Coordinate with vendors to ensure services/products are provided in a timely manner
    13. Provide ongoing updates and consultation with clients about vendors services/products
    14. Assist with the choosing of invitations
    15. Assistance with tracking RSVP’s and who will be attending
    16. Ceremony planning
    17. Prepare itineraries to be provided to vendors

    Month of Wedding

    1. Final walk-through with client at selected sites month of the wedding
    2. Final timelines prepared the month of the wedding
    3. Final consultation with vendors the month of the wedding
    4. Final meeting covering all details with client, the month of wedding and the week prior to the wedding.

    This three hour planning meeting will include:

    1. Ceremony planning, processional, recessional, placement
    2. Preparation of rehearsal and wedding day itinerary as a timeline to be provided to client and vendors
    3. Final walk-through with client at selected sites month of the wedding (meeting should include florist if possible)
    4. Collection and inventory of wedding items to be setup on wedding day, such as candles, photographs, guest books, wedding favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, seating cards, table numbers, etc.

  • Sapphire Wedding Package

    The Sapphire Wedding Package is for brides who has already completed some planning and needs less help. This package starts at $3,500 and enables the bride to have a more hands-on role during the planning, with us here to assist and guide her professionally along the way.

    The Sapphire wedding package includes:

    1. Initial consultation with the bride and groom, complimentary
    2. Unlimited phone and email availability during business hours (9:00 am – 9:00 pm)
    3. At least two planning meetings between clients and planner
    4. Prepare a bride and groom timelines and checklists
    5. Email reminders first of the month of what needs to be accomplished that month
    6. One visit to site of both wedding and reception to go over setup
    7. Assist with selecting a color scheme, theme and style of the wedding
    8. Answer etiquette questions
    9. Provide a list of preferred vendors as needed for the bride to set appointments with: Bakers, Caterer, Florist, Musicians, Photographer, Rental Facilities, Videographer, Wedding Attire (bridal shops), Officiate, Transportation.
    10. Two hour planning meeting one month before wedding which will include: Ceremony planning, processional, recessional, placement, Preparation of rehearsal and wedding day itinerary as a timeline to be provided to client and vendors, Final walk-through with client at selected sites month of the wedding (meeting should include florist if possible), Collection and inventory of wedding items to be setup on wedding day, such as candles, photographs, guest books, wedding favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, seating cards, table numbers, etc.
